前にもかいたけど、就活生は有価証券報告書の「従業員の状況」と「事業等のリスク」を読むと良いと思うよ。「従業員の状況」を見れば平均年令・勤続年数・給与がわかる。あと「事業等のリスク」を読めばその企業が何をリスクと考えているか、ビジネスを行う上で何に気を使ってるか分かるから。
